Discovery Phase

Cause Inspired: Creation of content inventory and navigation architecture

CLIENT TASKS: Logins to all platforms provided ✔

DESIGN Phase

Cause Inspired: Provided the homepage design and is working on developing one interior page design

CLIENT TASKS: Provide design feedback or approval of homepage – see attached document

JULY

Discovery Phase

Cause Inspired: Creation of blog post template, SEO, and content inventory.

CLIENT TASK:

AUGUST

Development PHASE

Cause Inspired: Content Migration of blog posts and pages that will be kept for the new site.

CLIENT TASK: Page approvals and content input

Content PHASE

Cause Inspired is finalizing SEO and optimizing content based on previous Discovery.

CLIENT TASK: Approval of topics and seed content

SEPT

DEVELOPMENT Phase

Cause Inspired: Content migration of approved content, form creation, event plugin install

CLIENT TASK:

OCTOBER

REVIEW PHASE

Cause Inspired: Review all tasks have been completed and all content linked

CLIENT TASK: Review for final feedback – provide by XX date

 

LAUNCH PHASE

Cause Inspired: Launch prep and testing – 301, link checking, responsive testing, CB testing, donation linked

CLIENT TASK: Final Approval
