Collier’s Tribute to International Women’s Day
March 8, 2023 marked the second anniversary of International Women’s Day in Collier County as proclaimed by the Collier County Board of Commissioners in honor of the Women’s Foundation of Collier County.
The proclamation, sponsored by former Commissioner Andy Solis, acknowledged the history of International Women’s Day and the Women’s Foundation’s role “as a catalyst for change in the lives of women and girls in Collier.”
